The course consists of eight LIVE 75 minute sessions.
In this course you will learn and practice:
- Breathing techniques to energize your body and calm your mind.
- Mindfulness & Meditation techniques to develop mental clarity.
- Postures to develop strength and flexibility of your shoulders, core, spine, hips, and legs.
The course is delivered in two levels: Beginner and Intermediate.

Clear Your Mind
Learn how to calm your nerves and achieve a sense of mental clarity.
I will teach you mindfulness and meditation techniques that will bring back your mental clarity.
Energize Your Body
Learn techniques to shake off sluggishness & elevate energy levels.
I will teach you breathing exercises to release your stress and energize your body.

This class is suitable for all students and practitioners. Whether you are a yoga novice, someone who hasn't practiced yoga in a long time, someone who wants to get a refresher on the fundamentals of Hatha yoga, graduating from the Beginner level, or looking to build on top of the fundamentals, this program is for you.
You will be given options for varying the difficulty of poses, with the opportunity - if your level of practice is higher - to hold poses longer, explore variations, and practice slightly more advanced versions of breathing and meditation techniques.
